Brian Vanderburgh - Experienced Developer of Las Vegas Resorts
As vice president of hospitality and pre-construction at Hedrick Brothers Construction, Brian Vanderburgh draws on 25 years of experience in the development of resorts, casinos, and other commercial properties. After graduating from Utica College with a bachelor of science in construction management, Brian Vanderburgh joined Perini Building Company in Las Vegas as a contracts manager, overseeing a $980 million contract for the construction of the Paris Hotel and Casino.
Since that time, Mr. Vanderburgh has overseen a number of six- and seven-figure building contracts. As area project manager with Marnell Corrao Associates, he oversaw a $2.2 billion contract to construct the Treasure Island Hotel and Casino and Bellagio Resort and Casino. He also held the same role with Wynn Design & Development, where he oversaw $3.9 billion in improvements and additions for Wynn/Encore Hotels.
Mr. Vanderburgh now leverages this experience to facilitate project development, pre-construction, and construction services to developers and property owners. Able to advise on creative and non-creative aspects of projects, he focuses on ensuring constructability at all phases.
